Raspberry Jalapeno Jam - I LOVE this...super easy to make & not overly sweet, the way I like raspberry jam. I also substitute a high end ground Chipotle spice (I like Williams Sonoma's) for the jalapeno. Chipotle adds a good "bite" and smokiness to the raspberry.
