Made these, they are quick and easy. 3 carbs per cookie. Satisfy the sweet tooth. 1 cup pb 1 cup Splenda 1egg 1tsp baking soda 1tsp vanilla Mix by hand , starting with pb and Splenda. Then add egg, follow with baking soda and vanilla. Bake at 325 ;for 5-7 minutes.
Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies. These are super easy and i've made them 3x in the past week! Delish healthy snack. I've experimented adding chocolate chips, raisins, a mashed banana (and took out the sugar), or unsweetened cocoa powder just to mix it up!
