Spicy Sausage, Kale & Cheesy Grits. Made an adapted version of this dish on 9.9.15 based on ingredients on-hand. (Chicken sausage, 1% milk, Vidalia onion, quick grits, shredded Mexican cheese.) Funny note: the recipe never indicates how much kale to use. I halved the recipe and used about 4 cups of kale or so. Results were great! No leftovers.
