Family Tree of Queen Victoria (Alexandrina Victoria) (24 May 1819-22 Jan 1901) UK & husband Prince Albert (Albert Francis Charles Augustus Emmanuel) (26 Aug 1819-14 Dec 1861) Saxe-Coburg & Gotha, Germany by unknown artist.
Princess Helena Augusta Victoria (25 May 1846--9 June 1923). Nicknamed Lenchen, Helena was the fifth child and third daughter of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. She was the favorite sister of Prince Alfred, her immediate older brother. She married Prince Christian of Schleswig-Holstein and had 6 children, 2 of whom died young. Her remaining 4 children had no legitimate issue, bringing Helena's branch of Queen Victoria's family tree to an end. Helena wasn't a carrier of hemophilia.

Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip's family tree from Queen Victoria. HUGE mistake made in Philip's line...the photo of Princess Victoria is that of Princess Alice's (above) sister who became Empress of Germany. Princess Alice became Princess of Hesse and by Rhine; her daughter was Victoria of Hesse.
Family tree of Queen Victoria showing hemophilia. Research indicates that the gene was a spontaneous mutation in Victoria which was passed to her daughters Alice and Beatrice, and her son Leopold, who died at age 30 after a fall. Alix of Hesse (daughter of Alice) brought this X-linked recessive gene into play in the Romanov family, with tragic results-their son Alexei, heir apparent, suffered from hemophilia.
