This lovely little teacup inspired one design layout for a wedding I did just on my own fun :}

Pretty Mulberry transfer-ware cup & saucer made by Crown Ducal in Tunstall, Staffordshire England in the Bristol pattern. The decoration has an Asian influence of a Griffin & Flying Peacock on the saucer & has an embossed scalloped rim. This piece was made between 1931-1937. The name Crown Ducal originated in 1916.  Collectors are drawn to many of the Crown Ducal patterns, some of the label's most famous & valuable motifs are the 1930s, Art Deco-inspired designs of Charlotte Rhead.
