Dates, nuts, coconut oil, carob chips and I used Manitoba Harvest Hemp Pro 70 protein powder. And it really tastes like a chocolate brownie. Pucker Up Lemon Coconut Protein Bars

I made this yesterday. Something is missing from this recipe, it turned out inedible, way too dry. Also, you cannot achieve that yellow color on the picture by adding the lemon zest and juice indicated in the recipe. Disappointing.
