Rum Chata Pudding Shots recipe: 1 4oz pkg instant chocolate jello pudding 1 cup milk 1 cup Rum Chata 1 8oz container cool whip Mix milk, pudding and Rum Chata till thickened, gently mix in cool whip with spatula, pour (kinda thick but not set yet) into plastic jello shot cups. Put them in a cake pan in the freezer for a few hours then enjoy!
My Favourite Yorkshire Pudding Recipe!!! Ingredients at room temperature: 2 cups flour 2 cups milk 6 eggs 1 tsp salt Mix with whisk. It's ok to leave a few lumps. If you're not going to use right away, keep at room temperature. I like the results better if the batter has sat for awhile. Put about 1/2 tsp. oil in muffin cups (bacon fat IS the best!). Heat pans in 400 F oven until very hot. Fill muffin cups about half full of batter and bake approx. 30 mins. never fails.
Simple farm house rice pudding 2 c. cooked rice 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs, slightly beaten 2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon (if you want) Place rice in bowl, add all ingredients, and stir to mix. Pour into greased baking dish or pan. Bake about 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Can sprinkle with cinnamon
CHOCOLATE DELIGHT. aka Better Than Anything Cake, Better than Sex Cake, Sex in a pan, Robert Redford Cake. Mix 1 c flour, 1 cube soft butter, 1 c pecans, pinch salt. Press into 13x9 pan. Bake 25 min at 325*. Cool completely. Mix 8oz cream cheese with 1 c powdered sugar. Fold in 8 oz Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Mix 2 small boxes instant chocolate pudding with 3 c milk. Spread over cream cheese layer. Spread 8 oz Cool Whip on & sprinkle with 1/2 c chopped pecans. Can sub shaved choclate bar…
