Coconut Flour Psyllium Husk Bread - Paleo

Try this gluten free coconut flour psyllium husk bread recipe. It's a tasty low carb bread to serve with breakfast or dinner.


Life-changing bread Ingredients: 1 cup / 135g sunflower seeds ½ cup / 90g flax seeds ½ cup / 65g hazelnuts or almonds 1 ½ cups / 145g rolled oats 2 Tbsp. chia seeds 4 Tbsp. psyllium seed husks (3 Tbsp. if using psyllium husk powder) 1 tsp. fine grain sea salt (add ½ tsp. if using coarse salt) 1 Tbsp. maple syrup (for sugar-free diets, use a pinch of stevia) 3 Tbsp. melted coconut oil or ghee 1 ½ cups / 350ml water


EASILY ADD FIBER TO THE FOOD YOU BAKE! Use Psyllium Husks (or Powder) in Baked Goods: Instead of an egg, use 1 teaspoon powder mixed with 2 tablespoons water. Allow the mixture to sit for a few minutes to "gel" a bit before mixing it into your batter.


1 large egg 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil -- (any oil you like, this is my preference) 1 tablespoon dry Marsala wine 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon almond flour -- (blanched, such as Honeyville, for best results) 1 teaspoon psyllium seed husk powder 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast flakes, NOW brand (see note below) 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon Splenda, Or equivalent, (does not make it sweet, just brings out flavor) bake for 5 min
