Psalms 23:1 The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. Psalms 23:2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: HE leadeth me beside the still waters. Psalms 23:3 He restoreth my soul: HE leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for HIS name's sake. Psalms 23:4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for THOU art with me; THY rod and THY staff they comfort me.
To remember that the One who created the sea controls it. To remember that the One who walks on water holds my hand. To remember that there is no need to fear because When things seem out of control, God is always in control. – One More Step So let’s take a month to read what God’s Word has to say about having no fear. You ready? #nofear
"Psalm 23 I love this scripture!!! This was moms favorite, God took her home early this morning 5/5/2013". ^ Wow. Came a bit undone when I read that. I can't imagine losing my mom. Anyhow, this is one of if not my number one favorite scripture passage of all time. I can't believe that I'd forgotten it for so long...
This is cool as a lesson because the kids have to put the sheep in order.. maybe they can cut out and color their own then as we go over the Psalm in class they organize. Not sure the reading level though ?? https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B3uNEVAAKowpaktGTHlGTEtwaWs/edit?usp=sharing
