Teenage students love all of the recipes- never any leftover brownies!
How many times have you been told not to play with your food? Well, in this lab, that's exactly what we're going to do! Get students more engaged in studying Biomolecules by testing common foods for starch, protein, and lipids. Students will have opportunities to work collaboratively to measure, apply lab safety knowledge, follow scientific method, identify lab equipment, record and analyze data.
