...even when we're being bombarded by thoughts that we don't want to keep popping into our minds: we can offer up those thoughts to God in prayer and ask Him to help us identify what's really bothering us, and what we really desire, that we may be seeking in the wrong way.
Pray. Wait. Trust. The first thing we need to do is usually the last thing we do when we’re faced with a problem. Pray! That’s the first thing we need to do. We need to go to God with it first. So many times words have failed me when I'm on my knees. I have given in to tears and just opened my heart... And found myself slowly rocking. Safe in His arms, warm in the comfort that He knows my heart.
