I want to experiment with amounts of 30 minute resistance training in my schedule but still want to finish this round of 21-day fix. I did one round of 21 day fix and it did just that. I lost my 5 lb December weight gain. Starting my second week on second round on Monday so want to do less walking and replace with strength training. Maybe by the summer I will try to run again.
