Preheat oven to 400 F. Scrub potatoes, cut them in half lengthwise, then cut each half in thirds . Place on sheet pan with all ingredients. toss all the ingredients together, making sure the potatoes are covered with oil. Spread the potatoes in a single layer with 1 cut-side down. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, turning to the other cut side after 20 minutes. Bake until they are lightly browned, crisp outside, and tender inside. Sprinkle with salt and serve.
The most Ah-Mazing Roasted Potatoes! These are so stinkin' easy to make! Cook a pierced potato in the microwave for 6-7 mins. (flip every couple mins.) til soft all the way thru. Cut in half, then into squares (just down to skin). Season with butter, parmesan & Lawry's. Place in oven on aluminum foil-lined pan and BROIL for 10-15 mins.
