Ingredients 1 3-4 lb. boneless pork loin roast ⅔ C grated parmesan cheese ½ C honey 3 Tbsp soy sauce 1 Tbsp dried basil 1 Tbsp dried oregano 2 Tbsp chopped garlic 2 Tbsp olive oil ½ tsp salt 2 Tbs cornstarch ¼ C chicken broth 1 tsp sugar, optional Instructions Place roast in slow cooker.
