Pope Paul III and his Grandsons by the Italian artist Titian. It was commissioned by the Farnese family, and worked on during Titian's visit to Rome between autumn 1545 and June 1546. It shows Alessandro Farnese, better known as Pope Paul III, with two of his grandsons, Ottavio and Alessandro (who shared the same name as his grandfather). Ottavio kneels to his left; Alessandro, wearing a cardinal's dress, stands behind him to his right.
