How to Build Amazing Sparkle Balls Out of Plastic Cups. An old friend had Agee of these and they were super awesome! The lights would somehow synch with the beat of whatever music we were playing. I'm making one!
Trace the opening of a clear plastic shot glass on card stock, then using pinking shears, cut a circle slightly larger than the traced line. Adhere a small plastic figure to the center with a glue dot. Add 1 tablespoon Epsom salts to t he plastic cup, then line the rim of the cup with tacky glue and adhere the card stock base. Once dry, glue a piece of metallic piper cleaner around the bottom. Thread string through a button, then glue the button in place.
Snow globe ornaments I made with my 2nd graders. They are super easy and tons of fun. Materials needed -paint pens and/or sharpies -plastic cups -ribbon -white stuffing -fake snow -round piece of paper (for the bottom)
Fun Diy Chandelier...my aunt used to make these using X-mas lights..burn a hole in the bottom of each cup with woodburning tool for the bulbs to fit through, then use a heat gun to attach the cups together..alot easier than stapling
