Recipe for Potato and Cheese Pierogis - The recipe calls for pan-frying the pierogi in butter, but we had some leftover bacon fat from breakfast and… it’s worth it. You’re frying them up anyways, might as well use the best fat lying around.

This definitely needs some tweaks but it tastes good. Next time I would make the sauce in a saucepan and then bake it in the oven rather than the crockpot. As written it just turned into a lumpy mess. I also added broccoli and that tasted good.
