The Electricity Building at The World's Fair: Columbian Exposition. This was a World's Fair held in Chicago in 1893 to celebrate the 400th anniversary of Christopher Columbus's arrival in the New World in 1492. I just finished reading a book about this (The Devil In the White City, by Erik Larson), so I'm frolicing in seeing more photos of the Fair right now.
Christopher Columbus' Tomb The Cathedral of Seville Andalusia, Spain a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, also the third largest cathedral in the world. the tomb of Christopher Columbus, has The four pallbearer, the four Spanish kingdoms of Castile, Leon, Aragon and Navarre.
Prague is a European jewel at any time of day but the night and especially the blue hour reveals it’s true character. The long-exposure night style photography shows thousands of golden city lights emphasizing the stone bridges and towers in contrast with the deep blue sky.
