perennial geraniums - cranesbill - wild geraniums... These are ground cover plants. They grow all over the sand dunes along parts of the Northumberland coast in England UK & are a wonderful sight. They're at home in a windy garden & flower profusely over a long period. You can buy the natural colour pictured, or shades of pink.
Geranium Rozanne Zone 5-9 There are lots of garden-worthy perennial geraniums, but 'Rozanne' is one of the best. This top-notch perennial blooms from June to frost, producing a nearly endless supply of sky blue flowers.
'Rozanne' Geranium I fell in love with this plant at first sight. It offers gorgeous lavender-blue flowers from early summer all the way to frost, attractive variegated foliage, and it's a cinch to care for. 'Rozanne' is definitely a winner! Name: Geranium 'Rozanne' Size To 1 foot tall and 3 feet wide Zones: 5-9 Plant it with: White shrub roses, yellow coreopsis, or perennial hibiscus
Geranium 'Ann Folkard' by anniesannuals, via Flickr. A hardy plant that likes to climb and meander through other plants. An ugly duckling in the nurseries but don't let that deter you. In the 17 yrs. I worked in the nursery business - I never once saw a nice looking plant come in from our suppliers. Once established though, these plants are gorgeous!
