Seared Ahi Tuna Steaks @ Allrecipes.com. This was a good experience. The fish cooked incredibly fast and was delicious, but I added too much salt. Which was really easy to do. Next time I am just going to coat in cayenne pepper, then sprinkle a little salt on.
