Fruit-free Paleo Protein Balls - 1/2 cup almonds & 1/4 cup whole linseed [soaked overnight or for about 8 hours, then drained], 1 cup raw cashews, 1/2 cup shredded coconut, 1/4 cup cacao powder, 3/4 cup vanilla protein powder (I used Bare Blends vanilla WPI), 2 tbsps coconut flour, 2 generous tbsps honey, 1 tbsp tahini or nut butter, 1 tbsp ground cinnamon, dessicated coconut for rolling (toasted sesame seeds would also be nice).
