Spring Bulletin Board I made for my a Young Women's group. Fabric background, tissue flowers and branches, little wood frames and birds from Michael's Craft painted by my 5 year old. Easy peasy, but still bright, fun to make, and festive. :)
Multi-media art idea: crayons, watercolour resist, and then print-making with paint over taped letters on individual canvasses. Only 20 letters in this quote, so would have to expand in some way for one per student.
3 of the 4 "surfboards" I made for the 4th grade's Rock N' Roll Forever Show. Painted bulletin board paper, cut out cardboard-pieced together, covered backs with more paper. Used Gloss Mod Podge for the shine and hot glued tops of cardboard egg crates for hand grips on the back to make it easier for the kids to carry on stage.
