PAINTING | SEALER :: Modern Masters Dead Flat Varnish :: An Amazon reviewer stated she had issues w/ various water-based poly brands, even the flattest poly was too shiny, went on unevenly & was tacky days later. She found this & said the quality was "OUTSTANDING," went on 100x better than regular poly, dried so smooth, she didn't have to sand btwn coats, had NO SHINE, NO BRUSH MARKS & the final product looked like pro work, not a home job (& was able to varnish 4 large pieces of furniture)!
