P90X Ab Ripper X GREAT ab workout! To do the entire P90X program is about an hour/day 6-7 day/week committment, but its effictive and really well planned out! I found there were a LOT of arm and upper body exercises though so if building some bulk there is not a goal of yours, maybe reconsider?
