Have you ever baked eggs in the oven? They have the texture of a hard boiled egg, but you don’t have to deal with peeling the shell off. Great to keep on hand in the fridge for all Burns and Phase 3 (like hard-boiled eggs, they taste great cold).
Hard boiled eggs in oven...when you take them out of the oven, plunge them into a bowl/sink full of ice water for 10 minutes. This was so easy. Some had spots on them, but they washed away in the ice water.
Baked Hard Boiled Eggs Recipe 1.Place a dozen eggs (or however many you want) in a mini or regular muffin tin. 2.Preheat the oven to 325F then put the eggs in and bake for 30 minutes. 3.Remove from the oven and instantly immerse in cold water for 10 minutes. 4.For easiest peeling, remove the shells right away, otherwise refrigerate until needed.
