Oven Baked Meatball Sandwiches -- a super easy dinner idea for busy weeknights. What’s not to love about meatballs & melted cheese? Great meal idea for a crowd too - even instructions for baking to take on-the-go.
Who says you can't get crispy meatballs from the oven? The best part about these meatballs are they don't taste like burnt oil. They get nice a crispy on the outside but the heat of the oven keeps them moist and tender on the inside. Total meatball keeper!!
My recipe for oven-baked meatballs. I make 1-2 batches at a time, bake them, and store them in the freezer for easy weeknight dinners. Can be made with ground turkey and turkey sausage instead of beef/pork sausage.
Our family's favorite meatballs are loaded with fresh herbs and cheese. They are bursting with flavor. You can make pasta sauce, but there is truly no need. They are the best daggum meatballs ever! No sauce required. Simple recipe, magnificent meatballs! @SlowRoasted
