Mix in gelatin package and combine for 1 minute. Add in remaining 1/2 C of cream until smooth. Scoop out 1 tbsp at a time and freeze on tray (or mini muffin tin, as I did). Makes about 30 little scoops. Per 1 scoop - 66 cal, 1g carb, ~1g protein, 7g fat
