1 1/2 C Heavy Whipping Cream 1 8 oz package of full-fat cream cheese, softened 1 package of sugarfree lime gelatin Whip 1 C of cream for 30 seconds, and add in cheese. Mix in gelatin package and combine for 1 minute. Add in remaining 1/2 C of cream until smooth. Scoop out 1 tbsp at a time and freeze on tray (or mini muffin tin, as I did).
