It's supposed to say "So here are some facts: 1. There are about 3500 calories in one pound of fat. 2. Every two jumping jacks = 1 calorie burnt. 3. 7000 jumping jacks = 1 pound gone. 4. 10 sets of 100 jumping jacks for 1 week will burn one pound. So on top of your current diet and exercise regime, you can add on 10 sets of 100 jumping jacks. Let's try this, because a pound lighter is a pound lighter."
One pound note - The main reason for it’s demise was the introduction of the One Pound Coin in 1983, which whilst slightly more expensive to manufacture could last for up to 50 times longer than it’s paper equivalent. The note managed to cling on to a place in our wallets until 1988, when on March 11th it was no longer considered a part of the British currency system.
