Blakeney Harbour Blakeney is a beautiful village on the Norfolk coast. It became a fishing port after it was founded in 1240 but today relies on us tourists. Blakeney Point is where you'll find Blakeney National Nature Reserve (National Trust) & it is home to a variety of birds & plants.

Hunstanton is the only part of the Norfolk coast that actually faces west. As a result it's always a little disorienting for us East Anglian photographers to be presented with beach features that are touched by light from the setting sun!

The North Norfolk Railway. A lovely little train ride to the seaside. The railway travels between Holt and Sheringham through some beautifal countryside. It costs £11 for adults but under 3s are free. Very accessible although buggies have to be stored in the guard van. The staff are really friendly and are have happy to help you fold buggies and board the train. Toilets are situated at each station but I didn't check out the baby change facilities. Dogs welcome too.
