Here's a homemade version of Mrs. Dash seasoning. If you're looking for a salt-free seasoning, look no further!

So simple and so delicious!! You will need: 2 cucumbers-peeled and sliced or quartered, 5 Roma tomatoes-quartered, 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoons rice vinegar, Dill seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Combine all above ingredients and shake well. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving. No carbs!! And it’s healthy and delicious!!
