No helium needed to fill balloons for parties.....just vinegar and baking soda! i need to remember this!

Balloon bunting. Blow up balloons and tie a knot. Use a needle and dental floss to string balloons together. Hang 'em up! No more need for helium. by mollie

no helium! just fill a water bottle 1/3 full with vinegar with a funnel.  With another dry funnel, pour baking road into balloon (about 1/2 way).  Cover top of bottle with balloon. DON'T LET BAKING SOADA SPILL INTO THE BOTTLE.  Then lift balloon and let baking soda fall into vinegar. Mixture will fizz and expand balloon!
