Edited recipe (as of 3/30/2012): 1 3/4 cups water 4 1/2 cups flour 1/4 c. gluten 1/2 - 3/4 tsp instant yeast 1 Tbsp olive oil 1 Tbsp salt 1 Tbsp sugar Proof dough, punch down, separate into two dough balls, proof again, prepare pizza, bake at 475 until browned.Makes 2 14" pizzas
