Freefolk House - Alex Oliver Associates. A design for a new country estate, including a large classical house and gatehouses to replace a dilapidated 1960’s dwelling. The new house was designed as a simple, well portioned and restrained form of classical architecture. The symmetrical house consists of a formal central section articulated through the use of the ionic order with smaller pavilions to either side housing the swimming pool and garaging complexes.
