In his book Chris Kyle talks about the training that he had to go through. Navy Seals have to go through some of the most intense training around. This video gives an explanation of “Hell Week”. Hell Week is the most intense and vigorous training that they go through. It is 5 ½ days of physical activities the entire time. By the end of the week, most guys have only slept a total of about 4 hours.
