So I made these today and OMG- HEAVEN! Protein Pancakes - 1 scoop Protein Powder (I used Muscle Milk- Vanilla Creme ) - 1/2 c egg whites - 1/4 c oats (I put them in my NutriBullet to ground up) - 1 Teaspoon melted coconut oil Mix together to make batter then cook like pancakes smile emoticon I topped mine with blueberries and cinnamon 21 Day Fix: 1.5 Red / 1 Yellow / 1/2 Purple / 1 Teaspoon
