This was really good and had alot of good flavors. For the chicken I used breasts just like it said, but next time I will definitely use thigh meat. The chicken just kind of gets lost in it with all of the strong flavors around it. The final product also needed more sat to me, but that was easily solved. But it is really easy to do, about 30-40 mins of prep and voila!
