June 27. Brekkie: multigrain bagel with 2 eggs over easy, cherries. Lunch: protein shake (Vega One vanilla protein powder, plain Greek yogurt, berries). Snack: 4 cups popcorn. Supper: Olive Garden cheese tortellini with meat sauce (ate 2/3 of it), had two bowls of salad (no bread sticks), and glass of white wine. Later had square of dark chocolate.
