I finally got one of my boys to agree to try mushrooms. I made a sauce and serve it over a steak. He has now cautiously agreed to try other mushroom dishes.....expanding their culinary profile has gotten easier as they grow older. I have one more son and a husband left to convert to trying mushrooms.
Morel Risotto - This is also good if you use half Morels and half porcini. The advantage to using the dried mushrooms is you can add the soaking liquid to the broth, which gives the risotto more flavor.
