Mobile home bathroom redo. Old bathtub and surround were to gross and worn out to keep so bought a new tub for $230 but finding a surround was hard since mobile home tub size isn't standard size. So we used a vinyl flooring remnant that cost $25 used some addesive to help hold while nailing up vinyl covered trim with rust proof nails. Easy to clean and was a cheap fix and it looks great!
Mobile homes plumbing usually runs UNDER the mobile home beside the heat vent runs. We ran the main water line into the MH then ran all of the plumbing INSIDE the home. This will make it easier to find & fix leaks, and in winter: no frozen lines. Plus if we want to add to the plumbing it will be easy to do. In the photos you can see the plumbing lines especially in the bath but this will be boxed in with a cover or we are building custom storage areas.
DEFINITION: Makes the bathroom a calming and soothing area, heated stones next to the tub make it seem natural. WHY: The main eye catcher is the round tub; that flows a sense of serenity and grace. You can tell the room is one for rest and relaxation once you're in there.
