Minestrone Soup w/garlic rosemary bread. I used Giada's recipe, but with some changes. I used cavatappi pasta instead of the beans, and added thyme and extra minced garlic. The ciabatta bread I drizzled with EVVO, fresh chopped rosemary, cracked black pepper, garlic powder, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toasted for a few minutes. Souper easy! Souper delicious!
