MANGO on a stick anyone!? Peel a mango, stab it through the seed with a skewer. Slice it into petals, starting at the bottom. Squeeze a lime over the top, letting it get into the crevices. Sprinkle it with sea salt or kosher salt and some piquín chile powder. Yummy!
