Spices for Mexican Chorizo: ground pork, spices, and apple cider vinegar. Review: Delicious! Though I hail from the south western US, I currently live in a small town in the south east US. We don't have access to anything as *gulp* exotic as chorizo. It never occurred to me that I could make my own! Now I can grind my own pork or buy ground pork at the market, add a few spices that I already had in my kitchen, and presto! Chorizo! Great flavor and SO EASY!!
