Cucumber Bites mix the softened Cream Cheese(4oz) with Ranch dressing (1/4 cup) and 2TBS dill. 2) Prepare the Cucumber (3-4), remove peel, Using a fork, score the sides. Slice into 1 inch pieces. Using a melon Baller, remove a portion of the center leaving a crater. 3) Pipe Cream Cheese into the crater. 4) Add a half Cherry Tomato partially buried 5) Sprinkle salt, dill and paprika for color. Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.

Bite Size Caramel Apples: Use a melon ballers to make bite sizes and put a candy stick thru. Melt caramels and roll apples in, allowing excess to drip off and scraping bottom. Roll in peanuts, sprinkles or other toppings. Then set on waxed paper and cool for caramel to set. Can also set in mini-cupcake papers.
