Mediterranean Sorghum Salad - this grain is similar to quinoa, but holy moley, the grains are big enough not to turn into tiny magical bowling balls that fling themselves over my kitchen counter instead of going into the measuring cup  like polite grains should. The salad was very similar to many quinoa recipes, so don't be afraid to try it! (Be warned that the sorghum takes 45 minutes to cook, unlike the misbehaving, but fast-cooking quinoa cousins.)
