And fills me up in the morning. 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries. 1/2 cup of Greek low fat yogurt (any low fat yogurt will do) 1/2 cup of rolled oats. 1 banana. 1 tbsp honey. And 1/2 cup coconut water. Blend and enjoy! So delish and good for you!
Strawberry Bread with Greek Yogurt-I made this today, I had regular plain, low fat yogurt instead of Greek and it seems to be fine...I will have to use Greek in the future to compare. I doubled the batch and it made 2 loaves and 12 muffins. My family loves a bread for breakfast and snacking. This recipe was fruity and the bread was light and tasty. Overall, I would make again! -T.
