Our avocado egg salad recipe is very simple, all you need to do is mash avocado with a tiny bit of mayonnaise then stir in chopped eggs, celery, lemon juice and herbs. Strawberry Bread with Greek Yogurt-I made this today, I had regular plain, low fat yogurt instead of Greek and it seems to be fine...I will have to use Greek in the future to compare. I doubled the batch and it made 2 loaves and 12 muffins. My family loves a bread for breakfast and snacking. This recipe was fruity and the bread was light and tasty. Overall, I would make again! -T.
