A DECADE after receiving lottery funding, the people of Little Digmoor, Skelmersdale have made a film to show how the money has helped improve their estate.  The community of Little Digmoor were one of 80 across the UK selected in 2003 by Big Lottery Fund to be part of the £50m Fair Share scheme, run by UK Community Foundations (UKCF) through the Fair Share Trust.
