"Drunken Spaghetti: an Italian Favorite." Boil 3 oz. spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain the pasta & set aside. Pour 1 cup red wine into the same pot, bring to a boil, & add the drained pasta. Cook until the pasta absorbs most of the wine (2-4 minutes.) Drain the pasta again, then toss with olive oil. Serve with olives, capers, & shaved parmesan.
