Keema with peas | BBC Good Food. The only things I needed to change to make this recipe Slimming World-friendly were the oil to Fry Light, the mince to Quorn, and the yoghurt to fat free. I only used one deseeded green chilli and 1tbsp garam masala as it would have been waaaay too spicy for me otherwise!
Nigella's Pappardelle with Lamb Ragu. Europeans eat more lamb than the Americans, I never understand why lamb is not more popular here. It tastes good in some dishes, like this one. Transport me back to grad school in London.
