Lamb Massaman Curry VERDICT: LIKE!! Added peanut butter, substituted tofu and mushrooms for the lamb, didn't add the brown/palm sugar and only a little (maybe a tsp) of tamarind paste. Added peanuts on the side.Delicious!!
