This image shows Lady Macbeth being very two faced. It looks like she's all innocent but when you look in the mirror you see her true reflection and what her deep desires. And it could represent how she was so determined to get to the top that she was willing to make her husband kill the king, and maybe that's where their relationship became compromised and doomed.
